This is to certify that iTech Labs have evaluated the Random Number Generator (RNG) use for the shuffling of cards in card based games by LVFH and found that the RNG fully complies with the relevant iTech Labs standards*

The LVFH RNG for card based games, use a widely recognized algorithm to generate the random numbers. The numbers generated by this RNG have passed Marsaglia's "diehard" test for statistical randomness.

iTech Labs have also evaluated the scaling of the RNG generated numbers and the shuffling of the cards. A Large sample of cards drawn from shuffled decks, has passed Chi-squared test satisfactorily. iTechn Labs have found that the card sequences are unpredictable and non-repeatable.

The certified code for the RNG has been fingerprinted.
